I would settle for them allowing us to bring our own boats out. It would be interesting to have a little tournament out there. I've heard several reports of 6-7 pounders out there but I think they are mostly out deep because of all the pressure from the little weekend anglers.Slow Burner wrote:Nice video....dope beat.....the wall is the best spot....the only way to do some damage out there is if they would start renting boats....lakes way too big for just shore fishing.
Those pads always look good but I've only been able to manage a few bass from them. They have all been right against the shore too.SKIPPY69 wrote:Awesome video Ray. There are some monster that live in the Glen. Aside from this spring, it's been a tough year overall, with quality scarce from the bank due to the shallower than normal water. Here's a good one I got on a frog last week, but that is the one fish I caught in 6 hours of fishing over two days. One more foot of water makes a HUGE difference there. I'll probably hit it later this week.
