Been have home computer problems, so not posting as much lately.
Got out for some high water time yesterday. Worked Geneva and STC spots. Got 2. The best one was 18-19" - my guess, it was a very nice fish. I was working a wall section where I was 2 ft above the water. Had it hooked well enough as I was able to get it close for good viewing three separate times. It played well in the fast current. When I finally tried to lift it up - well you know the rest of the story (Paul Harvey).
Mimic minnow got the best action. Was able to try some new spots since the water was 5000+ @S. Elgin.
