Some solid fish there.

I like your videos. Music is good and you guys aren't screaming like 12 year old girls every time you catch a fish.

When I moved south I sold all my ice gear. Wish I would have kept my jig and spoon collection. I could have used them here for open water fishing. Swedish Pimples and Marmooska jigs were big producers for me. Pick up a few and give them a try.

Funny you burned up your glove. Once when I was in my shanty I had my heater by my legs, I smelled something burning. It was my legs.

I used to cook in my shanty on top of my Coleman lantern. I miss ice fishing. Such a relaxing time.

way to actually get it done! the gill on the lure is great. i cant get one to bite a lure for the life of me. for some reason ive been seeing a bunch of fake blackwell reports across FB pages. people posting bags of crappie caught this week and the pics show not a speck of snow on the ice

Why would anyone lie about this? I just don't get it. Are they that desperate for attention?

Rambler, The answer to your question is Yes, People will stoop to not having integrity to post some fish porn and prove the hunter-gather theory.. I've been watching you tube videos on T.V. and the production level is off the charts.. With that said, there seems no value to the surrounding wild life, fauna and serenity which is my draw to the outdoors.. Each their own but I won't be sitting around watching the fanfare once we get to spring.. Funny thing my largest walleye came out of Blackwell 26 inches 6 lbs 8 oz. Caught it tin November on a 1/64 ice jig and minnow crappie fishing.. No Picture ,No fanfare, and the memory is etched in my brain till the day I leave this world. I was told on more than one occasion, no pictures didn't happen.. I kind of like being a bit more solitary and if you can't take me at face value... so be it.

See you on the water, bring your i-phone LOL!
