Thats a monster redfish!
Im pretty certain the ladyfish with a rattletrap in its yap is a spanish mackerel. They're a riot on light gear but you really need (thin) wire to not lose every other bait you hook up on. A relatively cheap & highly effective way to catch them is with 1/8oz white marabou crappie jigs you buy on a card, mackerels love em & losing 1 here & there is kinda painless.
In the 4th pic, that is a pinfish. Get a pack of 4/0-6/0 circle hooks, hook that pinfish thru the snout (or behind its dorsal) & fire it back out & see what happens. Very popular bait for many species, snook, tarpon, grouper, snapper + many others.
