Sounds like a winner.

Too bad I can't help thinking that somehow our politicians will figure out some way to line their or their cronies pockets with some of the funds. Shows what kind of faith I have in our local government.

Hey I was there last week. Anything to improve the smell of detergent and sewage is a plus. Rip it down. And take the soggy mattresses off the shore line a half block south while they're at it.

I'm glad the article hit on another key point: invasive species. Friggin' carp own that river right now.

4 foot drop I wonder if they can spread out the gradient, I'd think the biggest thing the fish would like is increased current.
