Speaking of toilet water...

There are seemingly endless amounts of rivers, creeks and their tributaries throughout northeast Illinois.

Speaking of toilet water...

Hit 2 spots on Salt Creek last evening just before the rain. Got skunked at the 1st spot but did pretty well at the 2nd - 2 bass and 7 'gills.

Couldn't help but ask, "where the hell are the chubs?"

There are guides on lake Michigan who make a living fishing toilet discharges and powerplant discharges. And they make a good living I may add. I'm so dog trained, when I smell chlorine now I usually say it smells fishy. Toilet water for us all I might add.
Nature and shit.

Years back I read an article in Field & Stream, Sports Afield or some such about a float trip a bunch of fly fishermen did on the Bow River in Alberta. The best bite was after they passed a pipe that dumped waste water from Calgary into the stream. Fish like added organics - up to a point.

What do you think Busse is? There is a water reclamation district area just west of 53 (near Beisterfield I think).... Schaumburg/Woodfield refuse gets treated and added to Busse.
