Beautiful shots!!! Flikr kills your Exif data (intelligently but...) so what is your setup?

I was amazed to get even fake depth of field in my iPhone 6s the other day and I do love hearing about peoples photo-rigs.

Thanks all. It was taken with a D300 and 70-300 tele at 300mm. The exif does show if you click the pic. More snakes.

Nods...Flikr and all sorts of sites are blocked for me at work. I use a Chrome extension to pull Exif data when I want to check out specifics. These just showed Flikr as the source like they should when posting outside Flikr.

I'll have to check them out from home.

Great pictures. Thanks.
Keep calm and fish on...

There's a fine line between fishing and just sitting there looking stupid

Threaten to quit if they don't change that protocol. If they refuse to budge, keep your word and quit. No one here tells me what to do. Not even my wife.

Love the snake pics, even the pyrotechnic one. :!:

I'm in IT....TECHNICALLY I can skirt the blocks in creative ways but with my workload I don't. Takes too much time just to get around a compliance rule like that.

Plus my salary gets filtered into so much fun fishing stuff! :) Hooray for fun fishing stuff!

Nice work Glenn.
I love the 70-300mm VR is a fine lens too.

Been riding my bike a lot lately. I moved so many snakes sunning themselves off the trail it isn't funny. I think my hands permanently smell like snake musk.

Great photographs. You two do some nice work with that 70-300mm lens. You have me doing some research on some new glass.

You can buy the 70-300mm VR refurbished from Nikon for $299, when they have them in stock. It's essentially a new lens and a fantastic deal at that price. Pretty sharp on a crop sensor camera especially when you stop it down to f8.
