Victor you posted many nice catches out of the Lemont quarries. Any opinion on them these days? I caught one nice largie there last Saturday 10 minutes after starting, no more the rest of three hours.

This time of year I love going there at sunsets and waiting for the baitfish to come up to the surface and the bass follow. You can catch them on any shallow running crank bait or top water bait of your choice and catch a lot of fish pretty fast in a short amount of time. You might have to chase down the schools and the feeding frenzy still and cast right on top of them to be successful. Also you can work the discharge and any weed address that are still presents with you favorite plastic baits. Don’t forget about the rode bed on the east side. You can fish A jig for any type of plastic and work it down to deep slope . Also this time a year I love throwing deep diving crank baits after I locate schools of baitfish and bass on my sonar.
