Smoked Bacon Wrapped Venison Roast

Postby Navyfisher » Jan Thu 05, 2012 3:58 am

Got a deer last year from a member of another forum, hacked it apart with my buddy who said he knew what he was doing.
Wish I would have spent more time getting the big roasts, oh well. Here is what I made.

looks outstanding! I only sat for one evening this season and did not have a shot at the few deer I saw.

I'll 2nd that one the weave. (isnt it a bit ironic 2 guys with no hair are commenting on a weave job?) I saved two whole shoulders from one of the deer I shot this year and am going to smoke them. I did one last year and it turned out awesome.

Build a time machine, hit 88MPH, drive up to Waukegan, explain who you are and give me some sport statistics to make some money on and you got a deal.
