Instead of a photo I will give you the ESSEN receipt
1 thin slice of sirloin steak covered in grey poopo mustard
Wrap a 1/4 dill pickle slice in a rolled layer of raw bacon
roll the steak over the pickle bacon combo and hold together with tooth picks. Now seal each portion in alum foil folded to seal in all moisture. Bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes in a corning ware bowl.
Remove from oven and carefully (remember it is hot) pour the juice over a bed of mashed potatoes.
The potatoes are processed with the use of a spetsla press.
Gotta go now as I am starved just thinking about it and typing the receipt I have been using for over 40 years.

I do mine a little different, recipe is in the blog. My mother never did the pickle, just bacon and good German coarse grade mustard. You should try it with the egg noodles, almost as good as fresh Spatsel or dumplings.
