Pan fried trout with baconed mustard greens

Haven't caught any trout or salmon... or really any eating fish... But in an effort to get better at cooking fish I got some at the store and cooked it up. It was delicious!

I'm sure a lot of you have great recipes already, and this is probably a super standard way to do it... But hey, this forum needs more posts.

it's the crispy skin... it was very tasty.

can't wait to catch some trout myself and cook it up. I wonder if the same technique would work on walleye, of course it doesn't matter if I can't catch any more!

haha ive never heard of anyone frying walleye. sounds good though!
