Frijoles Borrachos (drunk beans)

This is a pretty great way to eat beans- the key is adding some tequila right at the end of cooking, it really makes the beans incredibly delicious! You don't need any fancy ingredients, you may already have everything you need. You can use any kind of beans you might have laying around.

This is absolutely a slow-cooker/crockpot recipe, and perfect for cold-weather.
