This is my first attempt at coleslaw, but I'm in love with it. Tangy, not too sweet, peppery- I'm very proud of it.
Topped some slow roasted pork with it, and it was great. Also ate a ton all day long straight out of the container. When I eventually catch some good eating fish and fry them up, this will make a great accompaniment I think. Like many simple dishes, you all probably have your own recipes.. but if not, try this one!
