Anybody have any sure killer reicpes for salmon. On the grill preferred, but pan fried ok.

I just did some up with 1/4 cup of butter, 2tbs of soy, a good squirt of lemon juice, and 1 crushed chunk of garlic. Mix it all and use as a baste.

5 minutes on side then 5 on the other. Make sure grill is well greased and baste often
