Smoker recs

Postby TheWoz » Aug Tue 07, 2012 8:24 am

Hey guys I am looking for a new smoker. Right now I have the basic coal torpedo looking smoker. I was thinking about an electric one. Anyone know some good ones or things to look out for?

Line a closet with aluminum foil get metal folding chair lock Jenna in there holding brisket for 6 hours. She is smoking already and confinement out to do a 7 lb brisket easy.

Sorry all I got but I am getting an electric one soon. Sales ought to be starting.
