I love to use red wine vinegar, a good extra virgin olive oil, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, fresh ground pepper and some kosher salt if desired. The salt and pepper usually go on right before cooking but you can toss it in the marinade if you want. If you want to stay lower sodium, just take out the kosher salt. All the other ingredients, especially the vinegar will give it a good zing.
