Jalapeno poppers, Kuma's Corner style. Filled with cream cheese and chorizo sausage. Delicious!!!

Step 1 - Clean out jalapenos peppers
Step 2 - Cook the chorizo sausage
Step 3 - Mix the cooked chorizo with cream cheese in a bowl
Step 4 - Fill the jalapeno peppers with the chorizo cream cheese mixture
Step 5 - Wet with egg
Step 6 - Coat with panko
Step 7 - Bake on a tray at 400 degrees until golden
Step 8 - Eat. Drink. Enjoy.

Nice.
Something for me to try with the jalapenos I grow every summer.

Lo the angler. He riseth in the early morning and upsetteth the whole household. Mighty are his preparations. He goeth forth with great hope in his heart and when the day is far spent, he returneth, smelling of strong drink, and the truth is not in him.

I like your style justin... lets keep it going

Buffalo chicken bacon wrapped jalepenos.
Mix 1 package ground chicken, half pack of hidden valley ranch seasoning, half cup of hot sauce (I use buffalo wing sauce). Place in 1 gallon zip lock...cut corner of bag and push mixture into cored out jalepenos...wrap in bacon and secure with toothpicks. Put on grill or in oven, cook at 350 until mixture is bubbling and bacon is done.

I've never seen those before. What a great idea! I'm going to need to purchase one of those.

I'm with you, Achotrod, I could go for some poppers. Those burgers look great, too.

Ya they do! Might have to order burgers/poppers for lunch which I rarely do.

My sister made some poppers for Christmas Eve. She chopped up the poppers mixed with cream cheese then wrapped in bacon and held it together with a toothpick. They were awesome and a little healthier then the breaded ones.

Tip: don't accidentally use a Gammy EWG 2/0 instead of the toothpicks.
