Jalapeno poppers, Kuma's Corner style. Filled with cream cheese and chorizo sausage. Delicious!!!
Step 1 - Clean out jalapenos peppers
Step 2 - Cook the chorizo sausage
Step 3 - Mix the cooked chorizo with cream cheese in a bowl
Step 4 - Fill the jalapeno peppers with the chorizo cream cheese mixture
Step 5 - Wet with egg
Step 6 - Coat with panko
Step 7 - Bake on a tray at 400 degrees until golden
Step 8 - Eat. Drink. Enjoy.
