RonG i used some minced garlic, lemon juice, and oil. 400 degrees for 35 minutes. AMAZING!!

ffishman its a special kind of smoker. Its a cheaper one ($170) called an orion. It uses convectional heat. No thermometer needed because EVERY kind of meat poultry chicken etc. is already on a chart and how you want the meat done. I belong to a small forums page for it and every one has tried so many things they post up recipes.
Tomorrow I might try bourbon style ribs. Im going to try Jack Daniels wood chip, with evan williams in the drip pan. I will use some everglades seasoning with a sprinkle of ghost pepper flakes. Smothered in a garlic sriracha sauce!!
