I've been to many restaurants where they will serve shrimp, usually grilled, on a stick. I've tried to do something similar, but each time, come up disappointed. Anybody have any great recipes for shrimp on a stick?

marinade them in olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh garlic. Grill till they are done. 1-2 minutes a side till orange like shrimp. Don't over cook. Sprinkle with parsley to impress the ladies. You can cook them in a skillet too and eat over angel hair pasta. Add a little red pepper flakes if you like some heat.
