Do you fish the Kish?

Mostly sunny. Upper 60s. Water a little murky and fast surrender. Water level not too high, though. Fished 10-2. Started rough. Bit off by very large pike on a fluke. Switched to a rapala and got bit off again (did not see the fish). Caught a nice smallie and lost my grip on it while trying to take a picture. Found a bunch more smallies, but caught all the rest on a crawler and split shot. 8 smallies in all. Caught all in backups off fast water.

There you go the typical small south branch smallie size but still fun. Large smallies infrequent on south branch in my experience. Still fun though...
