Saw 3 people. 1 guy pulled up to us as we were getting ready to put in, and was telling us that a he was out a few days prior doing really well with a black woolly bugger. The other 2 were riding atv's on their land. Pretty much most of the land around the river where we were was owned/private/farm whatever you want to call it.
