I guess this is the inverse of bad customer service?
I ordered a pack of senkos from Amazon and I get this huge package... there are SIX packages of the color I ordered! And I got them on a gift cert. so I didn't really even pay for the one I ordered
I go on their chat and the guy says "You weren't charged for anything you didn't order." So I was like... okay... so... and he follows up with "You can keep or donate the extras you were sent."
