Sunday Aug- 19 Report Rain -N- BucketMouths

Went to Twin Lake at 7 to 9 got skunkedola . I got to L. Arliington at 10am
and fished till 1pm. I got soaked big-time , lots of rain . The best thing is at least I had alot of bucket....mouths to keep me feeling dry . :lol: :lol: Image

These two pics. had a rain drop on the camera. The one looks as if it was sensored ,by the basses eye . :lol: :lol:
The rain started to make photo opps. a pain n the ass with my camera n also my phone. I beat my personal best at L. Arlington with the 20"bass w/
the orange string in mouth. She was put back after the photo . My camera was full n I had to erase some pics so I had to string her. :lol: :lol:
The last pic. is the thumb that got tore up from lippin 15 nice bass .I had one DINK out of the hole bunch 12 or 13 in" . What a day :D :D :D

Nice job Jordon! It looks like you caught those on a number of different plastics. Makes me wish I had gone out fishing today.

Wow there is another great example of fishing in the rain. Well done man !!
I spent half my money on fishing, gambling, alcohol, women and billiards. The other half I wasted.

Thanks for the comments ,its not to often you get days like this in a small lake . Nice fish ther due to it being a catch n release lake and so far a decent population of bass it seems. :D :D :D

Looks like that camera and the thumb got a work out. Gotta love them watermelon colored soft plastics!! Great day!! And to think that all I did was sit on my ass Sunday...Doh!

From the hook I went down 12 to 16 in . then placed some split shots . Lots of weeds ,rocks and snags. PK :)

Thanks Jordan. Iwas out there tonight with a weightless Yum Dinger, and I wished I hadn't left the splitshots in the car. You're right about the weeds, spinnerbait fishing was pretty rough.

PK .to be honest it was just one of those days where everything was perfect for some reason . I had another day before this , thats when I met MIKE163 ther. 10 LMB in 2hrs fishin W/shakehead jig n houdini (yum )shad camo color .
