Amateur days

There are seemingly endless amounts of rivers, creeks and their tributaries throughout northeast Illinois.

Amateur days

Generally too lazy to play with making videos, I'm kind of too stupid also (but Auxy begs me to). One day south of the cheddar curtain another day north of the cheddar curtain.

Cool vids Joe. Liked the look of the B&W. The second one was a serious target rich environment. Flooded trees I take it? I'm too damn lazy too to mess around with a video camera. Last time I took it out, I left it on until the battery went out.

Me too. But then, I don't have a video camera & am too damn cheap to buy one. :D
Keep calm and fish on...

Flooded river fishing at its finest.

The flooded trees make for some great scenery, really cool vid
I am losing precious days. I am degenerating into a machine for making money. I am learning nothing in this trivial world of men. I must break away and get out into the mountains to learn the news. - JM

Those are some beefy pike with big jaws!! Nice footage. Love the flooded woods fishing. That makes for an interesting alternative adventure!
To fish or not to fish......that's a stupid question.

Crazy thing is when I was going to school out there I only really fished the Rock and Shabbonah. It’s only now that I’m an hour away that I’m wanting to fish the kish! By NIU it’s a trickle which threw me off too.
