CASTsession 4-11-12

On my way home from work, made a quick stop at Humboldt Park and ran in to Ryan. Weather was in the low 50's but with just enough sun. We found a school of Bass and we got them fired up with some Rat L Traps!! 8 Total Bass caught between Ryan and myself. Smallest was about 2.5 lbs and Ryan land the 4.5lber!

I live just up the street, I need to get out there more. A week or so ago it was cold, windy, and nothing biting.

Thanks for all the comments! That place can produce some nice Bass. Just have to go out there and find them!

Thanks for the tip gents. This morning I went out for about two hours starting at about 9. Threw a lipless shad rattler that was in the bargain bin at Bass Pro last time I was there.

Only had one hit all morning, but it was a 17" Large Mouth.
