How would a gallon of chilli made off of a U S Army receipt but changed for senior citizens (no sugar,salt and easy on spices) sound?

When I make the chilli I make it in FIVE GALLON batches and freeze it.
The problem is that most of my friends keep getting OLDER and have health problems.
All I have to do is take 4 quarts out of the freezer the night before and I am good to go.

I might bring Sam out if I can get her up at 5:30am... I would love to hit this lake again... What else can be brought? I have a pack of brats in the fridge and a bunch of Mountain Dew for you non alcoholics... Anything else I can pick up if we can get out there???
