took an entire weekend but got my "can on" 2 months ago....this week is tasting time....
first up spicy green beans....


next how many pickeled peppers can kevin pick? a lot.


Then lets not forget the pickles....made 4 types.... dill, garlic, spicy, the downright torture infused with ghost peppers.



Last but not least 2 gallons of giardinera (this photo is during the over night salt water bath...it was then jarred with olive oil, spices and vinegar....this ive tried and it came out awesome.
 
Awesome. I dont.. N dont know the process. But the wifey is all into it and does it well. Love the pickles she makes, She makes some great gairdianara too... But she cuts the chunks to big.. :(
