We recently went to Jamaica for our honeymoon and we decided to extend it a bit and end up staying in Miami for a couple of days. I had the opportunity to fish the Miami Canals for Peacock Bass. All that I can say that the experience was amazing. These things are so strong that they are hard to lip with your fingers. I don't think I've ever seen a freshwater fish so beautiful as well. We caught about 12 Peacock Bass(1b to 3.5 lb), 1 Largemouth, and 1 tilapia in 4 hours.
