Do they rent boats during the week here? I wanted to get out tomorrow but there's no answer at the phone # listed for Jack and Lydia's. Any suggestions on where else to go if they aren't available? Thanks.

The boat rental is open at 6am. I've got a post to follow sometime here. I actually ended up on the chain that day. Even tho I remember seeing plenty of posts on Deep Lake regarding bringing your own motor I must have forgot. Can't beat the price for rental at Deep...it was posted as 15$ and I liked the resort. Kind of like you are in Wisconsin with the cabins, beer garden, Eastern European theme, etc.
I just wasn't up for the oaring around the lake bit for the whole day.
Had a slow day on the chain with an unexpected ending. Post soon to follow as soon as I get pic uploaded.
