Did about 4 hours their today nothing in main lake,went to bay with trees in it,one good pickup with a worm felt good but then gone Went to crappie ,2 small ones ,1 good one and a large gill,
Last week did buy a new reel ,the one wrench said not to buy, the bp clone of us reel Tried it out long casts great very smooth, until about the 20th cast, felt a click in it,got worse, felt like something would get stuck in it, got even worse started making noises, got even more worse,would lock up
Did not have the box with me,so going to bp to give them back this peice of crap

I had the same problem with that same reel from bass pro. I did the same. Take that piece of junk reel back!!! 8)

It is sometimes worth spending the extra money for a better quality reel.

BTW, nice job on the crappies!

Too bad about your reel. I heard about your other pickups though and they sound good :wink:
