went out to axehead this past saturday morning despite the rain threat. Managed 4 fish for the morning 3 bass and my first trout ever. Yes Augy there are still trout being pulled out of axehead so break out the ultra light and the power bait. Although i did get the trout off a worm and bobber while i was fishing a slug - go on my other rod. The trout was only about 9 inches long and all the bass were around 12 inches. One bass was caught on my x-rap(trout pattern), and the other 2 were caught on 4.5 inch black sparkle slug-go's. All on the southwest side of the lake. Took pics just don't know how to load them on these messages.

OR

After you have uploaded the pic(s), just copy and paste (into your message) whatever is in the "Img" box, under your pic(s), right on Photobucket.
