7/15 Lake Opeka Fishing Report

Got out around 11am for a half hour with nothing. Got out again from 8-9pm, gentle west winds, HOT, threw of course 5" senkos, black and pumpkin. Black brought in a nice 16.5" LM. Got em on the Texas rigged senko, but also tried a Carolina rigged senko to see if I could cast further and work the bottom more. No noticable difference in action, a few bumps. Casting was negligably improved.
