8/1 Lake Opeka Fishing Report

Shoreline: 10-11am, sw winds strong, sunny, hot hot hot. Nothin at all. A bump or two out the south but thats it. I think the days of heat have warmed the water to the point where they are holding low. May take a bit to cool it off in these local ponds. But this did encourage me to try the eastern shoreline, from the ne corner down a bit to the end of the playground. Got nothin but did find some weeds and rocks out there, a good sign....
