Fished from 3:30 till the rain started up (5ish).
Got a few small bass using a cheapo spinner and pulled up a 16 incher with the senko all along the southern finger. My best for this lake. Then the rain started and I called it a day.
Seeing more and more dead catfish along the shore. What's up with that?

And nothing is more disgusting than seeing the kids play on the beach which was just covered in goose crap. I don't think there was a square foot that didn't have some. Building sandcastles... *vomit*

Nice job out there! Maybe the kids were using the goose turds for the foundation. I would imagine that the consistency must be similar to clay...

The geese have gotten real bad there the past couple of years. They need to really do something about it.

A couple weeks ago there was a "Geese Police' truck there. Talking to people there and they say they use dogs to scare away the geese.
It seems like this doesn't last very long.

It would be nice if they opened up a crossbow season on them. Might traumatize the kids though.

The geese have gotten real bad there the past couple of years. They need to really do something about it.

They need to get a couple swans that will clear up the geese.
