Fished the Main Pool got out at 5:45 AM. Still dark out. Air temp was 56* and water temp was 71* Started out by the island by the boat ramp worked the weeds with a 10" Purple Texas rigged worm. With no luck, but there was a lot of action in there. Switch to a Scum Frog and had two blow up but no hit. Hit the island on the way to the Big Rock and no taker's . Switch again to a Rapala Clackin' Rap and by the time I hit the Point , I got my little Bass. He hit it like a Big Boy. Worked my way to the Dam where I was marking fish all over the place, but could not figure out what they wanted. Tried about a dozen different lures. Worked my way back to the boat ramp and left at 10:15. Better day will soon be here, the leaves have started to change... Sorry, No pic's The file is too big, maximum allowed size is 3 MiB.

I worked like a dog pulling a tractor there for 6 hours the other day and had a grand total of ZERO bites and zero follows. Jig, spinnerbait, frog, crank, senko, etc... Trees, dams, rocks , docks, grass...zilch. Even the North Pool was DEAD. I'm hoping things improve with the cooler weather and some more rain..... Nice report Busta!

Bustacapfourtyfive, South Pool. Most of the eye's I've caught this year so far has been in the South Pool, but my first one this year in Spring time was caught at the Main Pool, accidentally, with a white skirt chatterbait of all lures, while I was fishing/aiming for bass :)
