Throw on some waders and follow it upstream.

I went up the creek about a 100 yards into it. Dont know where its coming from but it is very shallow and narrow. Might have to google map it to see where it really comes from.
Ok I did a serach and found that the creek is filter down from a power palnt or some sort of water treatment center by Lake of the hills. Then it filters down to Lake Scott then to the fox. I might have to do a little more exploring in the summer. Futher up the stretch it looks really interesting.
im not to sure where it heads, but I'v gone up it probly around 200 yrds to 300 yrds b4, nothing special.

bring waders...
i to have done quite a bit of research on it, i found a few bridges and runs(riffels) up there to, but the power plant area  :D looks awsome

just did some google earthing and found that it starts all the way up in crystle lake (drain ditch i guess) heads through the plant and goes through several ponds, its also fed by lake in the hills once it goes further south  , it has some good lookinng areas
Fish should be up that creek, waters high. I may be down river from you guys Sunday, if I dont hit some local ponds. I will try and stop by to say hi.

Not sure yet, meeting up with my buddy and were going to figure it out from there.
Judging from most of the winter reports I read the last few years concerning the Fox, creek mouths and discharge areas are consistentlly reported as two productive areas in the winter months. While they may have not produced in other seasons, I would definitly give it a try now. It seems that the crappies and gills love the slack water of the creek mouths and the walleyes and white bass are preferential to the discharge areas.

And Mr Muskie will be around those creek mouths too! :D
I didn't hook into anything at this creek mouth last Saturday, there was no one out there and I tossed alot of different things in the water. Didn't stay too long.
