the barometric Pressure is getting higher! the Conditions are perfect no matter where you are hit up a local pond or river for crappie before the night ends! My buddy Neil and I are getting out now and I'm sure we'll throw up a beautiful video when we get back! After work stop by a pond whatever you do try and hit your local body of water for crappie! Conditions are the best I've seen in a long time and I'm sure Great Fishing for these SEXY fish. I'll let you know how we did tonight!

Folks were catching them at the middle Busse dam. I was taking my daughter out for a walk, and I still need to buy a new license, so I didn't participate.

I agree if at any time you are gonna catch the elusive crappie it is now! I focus on them a bit more this time of year cuz the rest of the year it's sunrise or sunset. I've caught a fair share of them already but there definately is a mystique about them that makes it more interesting then any other pan fish. What other kind of panfish can be found that can grow up to the length of a respectable bass, in these parts?
