Temps in the upper 70's, calm winds, mostly cloudy and humid, fished from 6:30pm-8:15pm.
I was like Shaq at the freethrow line - 4 for 11. That's right, I missed 7 fish!!
None were lunkers, though. The fish I did actually land were all in the 10" range. Used the trusty Slug-go's. Actually, the fish were much less agressive than I thought. They were not hammering the baits at all. It had to get right by them to draw interest, then took some finessing to get a strink. When they did strike, it was a shy-bite.
