yup...jumping all around me. I went and picked up a few flies and poppers hoping to get on the morning surface bite tomorrow. We'll see. Also lots of baitfish around. Minnows just might be the ticket. Although yesterday a guy was using minnows in the afternoon and not a bite. Minnows probably will work better in the morning and powerbait and crawlers in the afternoon.
Axehead Morning Report - 4/13/06
9am - Just spoke to Augy who went out for the early bite and so far nada. About 30 people out with very slow results as well. He did say the fish are jumping all over the place though.
