Where would I be able to get the nut that adjust how far a baitcaster reel cast. The nut goes on the side and if you twist it you cast further. My old 1 fell in the lake.

What brand? Google the brand, go to their website, look for your model, download the PDF with the blownup diagram of how your stuff works, and then place an order.

Do like Steve said, otherwise try this place. I have gotten parts for them in the past. It is the rod and reel repair place for BPS.

LOL, that's the exact place the instructions told me to go for replacement parts on my new reel.

Coren's Rod & Reel Service in Norwood Park should have that. They are near Devon and Harlem. I'm sure you can Google them for the address, phone#, etc.
