I prefer using Zoom's Fluke. They are cheaper and do pretty much the same thing.

I love the Zoom Flukes!

Bass love 'em, and so do perch (well, the tiny flukes)!
I love fishing a weighted texas rigged zoom fluke in the dog days of summer, deadly.

I throw the tiny flukes up in Minnesota when the family goes. The Smallies absolutely slam them.

i bought them and had little results its a dying bait not a normal bait to be used. if u do buy them i suggest watching the how 2 video that comes along with it. thats probably my biggest mistake.

I had a set of the original banjo minnows when I was like 16 or 17 and they worked great for me for bass. I didn't fish for a few years and of course it got lost in the clutter that was called our garage and when we were moving I didn't bother trying to find them so they ended up being tossed out. Actually bought the 006 110 piece set about a month ago and have gone out about 4 times since having them to axehead and no luck at all with them. I have had a couple of missed strikes though on the white 5 inchers but other than that no luck at all. I don't like the way the 006 ones work compared to the old version of them but I still need to get out to places other than axehead and try them out.

If you rig and fish them correctly they will work. My dad had some when I was younger and managed to catch a fish or 2. Honestly though you can get the sam action From Flukes and Sluggos. I'm actually partial to the sluggo for its darting action. 3inch sluggo on a 1/0 gamakatsu ewg worm hook almost always produces for me when the bites tough, It's also weedless and has great hooksets.
