Hit the water with my buddy Max to do some wadeing again around 6:00pm with some decent results. For the day, the scum-frogs would not get a strike. it was all Senkos and Jigs. It is funny how things change over just a day even though the water and weather was just about the same. But anyways. My buddy Max kicked my ass today. I was dicking around too much exploring some other areas and then throwing different baits and such. Here is a few pics. All fish came on Senkos in waterman with red and green flake. Football jigs with a Yami craw tail in red and black was the #2 ticket wich I was throwing at times. awe only were able to fish about 2 hours, maybe a little bit more. It got dark fast and start to pour rain on us. I did lose a bass around 5 lbs as he wrapped me around 3 or 4 trees. I chased him down. Has my hand down in the water with my rod and reek submerged in the water trying to follor him and get him outta the timber. But SNAPP!!!! He Gone! Other than that, it was a blast. Not it is time to get me a nice set-up to holf 56 or 7 1 piece rods!

We will talk on the phone. Maybe this weekend. The thing is I have to pay parking at a dudes house that backs up to a big field and the swamp is about a mile hike. Call me tonight.

Wise of you to keep your spot off the radar. I only take guys that make it to my inner circle of trust, to my most productive spots. Cuz, they are small also, and can easily be fished out. Heck, one of them is very well known here on this board, and yet it still produces honkers. A testament to the good folks on this website.

Nice work out there Wrench. Hoping to get out Thurs, but weather not looking too good. I fish in just about any conditions, except for that dang lightning!!

For ym buddy kickin my ass, Haha that was just on this day. Trust me... I usually kick there ass!!! :lol: Not to brag. But I think I bring too many rods and tackle and once I see a drop on the depth find, I drop a rod and grab another rod for the sutuations! :lol:

Yea, you know I fished one of your honey holes. I found out about it when someone posted the acre size of the lake I can do lots of research to figure things out. But I will always respect other fishing lakes and ponds. We will get together and fishing sometime these days, Hopefully soon! It takes many years od trust for me to give up an area. I screwed myself before doing that once before. If you ever wanna chat on the phone. Maybe plan a trip to a non secret pond... Let me know 8)

Oh hey, I know that spot too :lol: Just joking of course, nice fish :wink: I have been impressed so far this year with the tight lipped nature of some of the honeyholes. Like most, I have no problem sharing most spots via PM's, but when one finds an off the path spot that produces, making it general knowledge is often not a good thing. Its always ones personal choice though.
