Temps in the 80's; light-calm-intense winds; heavy overcast-tornado warnings; fished from 6:45pm-7:25pm.
Was heading out to the Skokie Lagoons but the ominous skies made me turn closer to home and stop at Beck Lake. Stayed close to the parking lot and picked up 2 largemouth bass of 10" and 13.5" before all hell broke lose! Managed to get back to the car before all the fireworks really got going.
