Fished Beck for a few today hoping for some big ones, caught three but all small. Saw some pretty big bass in nests and two big snapping turtles walking along the bottom. There were tons of bucket heads along the shore as usual and only one other boatfishing.

It sounds like Beck will be a little slow for a few days is the bass on are beds. That is a pretty cool pic you took with the hook showing through.

Thanks guys, yeah that was me dedfisher and no geese rescues that day...LOL. I never fish for bass while they are in nests, I don't like to disrupt them while they are breeding.

That's Totally Understandable Rich. It's better to have a succesfull spawn
