burnham report June 4, 2008 PIC!

Walked up and down the boat docks flippin jigs. Water was still cold and fish were slow, but they were there. Saw a pole stickin out of water and I casted a football head booyah jig and hooked into a smallie. It was about 17inches. Tried to flip him up on land and he jumped off. Caught one other smallie about 10inches on jig. But I saw some big ones. Here is a rock bass I caught.



All fish were caught on football head jig dragged in and on top of weed beds. Close to shore about 5-10ft down. THEY ARE CLOSE TO SHORE.
