First time we were the only boat at the ramp..
Tossed some cranks and different spots, water was 67 degrees.

Wind was howling and it was dam chilly by 7pm.

Based on conditions, now I know why we had the area to ourselves.
Still nice to run for a few miles and open up the motor.

Rob,

I've done well out there the last couple years in October with crankbaits. I've also caught a few salmon especially in Lake Cal.

I thought about going out there this morning but I decided it was going to be too cold and the fishing would be lousy. I'm fishing enough the next couple weekends! Good fishing.
I've Caught some nice stripe bass and decent channels on fatheads and Crawlers by the waterfalls.
