While fishing the stump field at IG yesterday, A huge Muskey broke water on the far side from where I was.

Its my guess that most of these are pike. The DNR hasnt found a musky for years so they are pretty rare there.\
That said Id go nuts for a pike, the only toothy fish ive gotten is king salmon, I noticed that the lastone had its tongue covered in sharp teeth- thats badass.

There are definitley muskies in IG. I have personally seen one.

I know there are muskies in IG, I just dont believe its a legitimate muskie fishery. If the few that are there get caught too many times then its over- so I wont target them until they are well established.
