Everyone knows carp put up a good fight. and im shure everyone has gone for em' atleast once. so anyone got a carp bait they are willing to share?
mine is a stinkbait....
2 cups of flour, half cup of cherry coolaid, di jon mustard, and grape jelly. mix together than knead it.

also, you can add fresh garlic (chopped) :wink:

Never bowfished in my life.

Usually whatever I use for walleyes on the river seems to be the preference of the carp :p

If I am going to target them on an inland lake or pond though, I like to chum with corn first then throw out corn or doughballs. on a small hook, with as little weight as possible. On extremely weedy, stagnant ponds, suspending the bait under a float works well for me.
