Well I found one this morning on my local lake when I was fishing. Never used them before so am wondering how to retrieve and fish this bait. Thanks.

Just started using them myself this year. I just throw them out and reel in, pretty simple, have had good luck with a black one.

There are different ways of retrieving the chatterbait which makes it an interesting lure. Some will pull it in for a bit, reel in the slack and repeat. Lots of action from the lure when doing this. You can also just reel it in which provides a consistent action. If there's a weedline slow it down right when ya get to the edge of the weeds....fish will pounce on it as it's on the verge of "escaping".
