As mentioned in another thread I was having problems with my abu orra winch....Brought it into corens and they took it apart and called saying they saw some manufacturer flaws.
Called abu last week and was told to send it back and they would send me another orra...I stated I wasn't interested in another orra if the flaws are consistent with that line.
I then talked to the service manager and he asked me to send in the reel with an explanation...I shipped out the reel on friday with a note including what problems eric from corens found, stated again I wasn't interested in receiving another orra and asked how they can help me out with another reel in a different line instead of the orra.
got in today to find a package from abu containing a new reel....only it wasn't an orra winch but instead a brand new gen 3 revo winch.
can't praise the guys at corens enough and also abu for not only exchanging but exchanging for a model thats double the price for my trouble.
It sucks when you take a reel out and it messes up but it really makes me happy to see companies willing to help make a bad situation into a good one.
